About the event
Paul Huxtable has been interested in soundsystem, with an emphasis on Jamaican music, since the late 70s. Since then he has been finely tuning the craft of both DJing and building soundsystem whilst researching Reggae sound system history and having an effect on the international reggae scene. Paul will be explaining his influences and his occupation, that has seen him tour nationally and internationally with his Axis Valv-a-tron Sound system.
DJ, promoter, sound system designer/builder,venue manager and author.
Paul also designed and built our Northern Quarter 'in house' PA system and hosts his monthly Foundation nights at the venue.
